Kolbus America is thrilled to announce that Daniel Medina will be joining the Service team as a Field Service Technician. With nearly a decade of experience at Kolbus Mexico and extensive training in Germany with Kolbus GmbH, Medina brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

During Medina's impressive tenure with Kolbus Mexico, he earned a stellar reputation for his technical knowledge and dedication. His experience includes an extended assignment in Germany at Kolbus GmbH, where he expanded his knowledge of advanced machinery and processes, while delivering new machines from the factory. 

US and Canada customers may already be familiar with Medina, as he has played a critical role in numerous installations throughout North America. His technical expertise and personable approach have made him a trusted and beloved figure among Kolbus customers.

In early September, Medina will begin his new role with Kolbus America, relocating with his family to Michigan. He will provide top-tier service and support to customers throughout the United States and Canada. Medina's addition to the team underscores Kolbus America's commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with its customers.
