The Kolbus America sales team continues to grow, adding Ryan Clark (East Coast) and Mark McGinnis (West Coast) this year, as well as Sr. Project Manager, Daniel Brettschneider.

Not Your Father’s Hycorr
In 2011, Kolbus GmbH acquired Hycorr Machines LLC, based in Kalamazoo, MI. Hycorr machines are known for their robust quality, enduring serviceability, and unique features. Many of the early Hycorr machines are still in operation nearly 30 years later and continue being serviced by our world class technicians.
New Hycorr Series machines have been optimized with German engineering, including: an updated Kolbus feed section with servo-controlled drive technology, the latest operator-machine control interface, and Kolbus 360 remote diagnostics. They also feature a slit and score section and Serrapid quick change die-mount cylinder.
The Industry’s Best Kept Secret
In 2021, Kolbus unveiled its newest innovation to the corrugated industry – the RD 115S servo driven Flexo Rotary Die Cutter. This advanced machine features pneumatic plate lock-up for on the run plate skewing for fine adjustment. This new feature allows for the operators to adjust the plate while running, without having to open the die-cutter. The modular machine concept includes up to eight print units plus a die-cutting module for corrugated board in one highly automated in-line system. An investment in the RD 115S will strengthen packaging producers’ ability to grow and adapt fast to changing market needs.
